Love at first sight

The Tomos moped

The Tomos mopeds goes back a long way. All the way back to 1948, when the company was founded in what is today Slovenia, but which then belonged to Yugoslavia.

And if you think the moped is similar to the Puch, you're not that wrong. Many similarities can be found between them. Some models are even completely identical, and there is a reason for that.

For many years, from the mid-50s to the end of the 70s, Tomos produced mopeds and motorcycles under license from Puch. The Tomos Cross 4l and the Puch MS50 are one of the mopeds where the similarity is much alike.

When the collaboration between Tomos and Puch ended in the late 70s, Tomos began to design and produce their own mopeds, which they developed right up until 2019, when the company unfortunately went bankrupt.

The different models

A bag of mixed candy, that's what our moped collection is. Diversity is cool! And this also applies when we talk about moped collections.

It must never be too monotonous and boring to look at. That is why we have also carefully selected our mopeds, so that it is a mixture of different models in different colours.

And if you're a even more curious, which we assume since you've been with us this far - we've made a presentation of the models here.

Tomos S25 Tomos S25

Tomos S25

The old guy in the classroom. The Tomos S25 is one of the oldest models in the collection, and only a few pieces has crept in so far. It comes with an old "egg cylinder" and only a single gear. Although we only have one right now, we have to admit that it is one of our favorites when we look at the design.

Tomos Standard Tomos Standard

Tomos Standard

The model looks a lot like an S25, but is what you can call the descendant. The side shields have become more prominent and the cylinder has also received an upgrade. The model comes with both a round and a square headlight. The model here comes with two automatic gears.

Tomos Quadro Tomos Quadro

Tomos Quadro

The luxury model when you talk Tomos. At least if you look at the equipment list. The Tomos Quadro, like the Tomos Standard, comes with 2 automatic transmissions, but apart from the engine, which is the same, it stands out with the distinctive front shield that surrounds the headlight, and the luxurious equipment such as electric start, and some even with turn signals.

Tomos Classic

Tomos Classic

It's hard not to say "WOW" to this model. An incredibly classic look, with chrome fenders, spokes and a distinctive headlight as well as a cruiser handlebar. It must probably be one of the favourites, also because they are not easy to get hold of in the older vintages.

The engine, like the others, is a 50cc with 2 automatic gears.

Tomos Limited

Tomos Limited

Tomos Limited is, as the name implies, a model that was produced in limited numbers and with some design changes, such as the long seat and stickers on the side that say "Limited. The engine is the same as on the other models - a 50cc engine with 2 automatic gears.

Tomos Flexer

Tomos Flexer

The slim model. At least if you look at the frame, which stands out significantly from the other Tomos models. The frame is characterized by its design, as it is built up as a strong tubular frame, which has the same thickness all the way from the handlebars to the seat. But somewhere it looks like the other Tomos models - and thats when you look at the engine. It also has a 50cc engine with 2 automatic transmission.
