Who is Tomos Tours?
Tomos Tours was founded by Peter Sørensen and Kristoffer Sørensen, we both live at Skaven Strand, which is a summer house area placed in the southern part of Ringkøbing Fjord.
We think there is missing an alternative experience for the many tourists, holiday home owners and companies, in our area and generally around Ringkøbing Fjord - and that's the reason, why we started Tomos Tours.
The logo
Our logo is a symbol of the epic moment you may be lucky enough to experience on a moped ride around Ringkøbing Fjord.
The moment when everything comes together in the evening hours, when the wind has died, the water is quiet and you are gathered with your friends or family, and the sun breaks the horizon line across the horizon.
You might park the moped and switch off the engine, just to enjoy the silence... You might even be in the mood for a swim - who knows?
The yellow half circle
The yellow half circle symbolizes the sunset.
The blue half circle
The blue half circle symbolizes the inlet, which contrasts with the sun and runs parallel to the moped.
The Tomos Moped
Many have fallen in love with the popular Puch Maxi or Yamaha fs1 4-gear - which is understandable. We are also fans of the popular mopeds. For many, they are associated with nostalgia from youth.
But Tomos is an overlooked diamond ;-) A moped that deserves much more attention. Since we saw the first Tomos mopeds on our annual moped trips, we have been flirting with the charming piece of a moped. And after completing a lot of moped trips with various moped brands, we noticed that Tomos was the only moped that didn't struggle with starting problems, engine problems or anything else that can otherwise be expected from the old mechanics - we were sold for this piece of metal. A magnificent example of an old moped.
